It's important to The Mod Club that we provide customer service in a manner accessible to all of our customers. To achieve this goal, we have implemented policies to help make our facilities more accessible.

Our main entrance is located at street level with no stairs. There is an all-gender, barrier free bathroom located on the main floor.

If you would like to attend a general admission show, please purchase your tickets and upon arrival at the show please ask security for a manager. We will be happy to escort you and your guest to a safe and secure area. Support Persons

A person with a Disability is permitted to be accompanied by their Support Person on premises owned or operated by the Company and to have access to their Support Person at all times while on the Company’s premises.  

All customers/clients entering venues(s) and festivals owned or operated by the Company, including those serving as a Support Person, are required to hold a valid ticket. Tickets for a Support Person are subject to standard event pricing and should be purchased contemporaneously to ensure availability.
